The lazy river was perfect, but the food prices felt too high for what we received.

The staff was extremely polite, I will never forget them. The breakfast food including pancakes, sausages, bacon, and scrambled eggs was amazing...

The thermal baths here were absolutely lush! We spent ages floating about in the heated lazy river. Proper relaxation that was. Just a shame that the food prices were a bit high for our liking. But overall, can't wait to come back again!

From the welcome by the reception staff and the efficiency and good humour of the managerial team, plus the good service by the restaurant staff, and also the thermal baths staff, I felt that the hotel was a good choice for a weekend away. Having been in the hotel business myself for many years with my husband, I am always fairly critical, but I found only positive points in my stay and have heartily recommended it to friends. The room itself was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I would certainly return as the location and the pools are wonderful and quite unforgettable.
The tele-command did not work, and it would have been nice to see an updated tv screen and more international channels. The room door key was not easy to use, and a card system would be more efficient and less time wasting.

enjoyable stay but some aspects need improvement
The thermal SPA area was a standout feature. I particularly enjoyed relaxing outdoors in the thermal pool while taking in the amazing views of the mountains. The beautiful room provided a comfortable space with ample amenities.
The dining prices felt a bit high for the quality and portion sizes offered.

It was a little but expensive (250 Fr per night). Other than that, everything was great.

The room was ancient, with furniture from the 50ies, definitely not modern like i expected. The pools were a zoo, not relaxing at all. How can i enjoy my stay when the sauna is mixed? I almost thought about giving a good review, but sadly, the staff just couldn't be bothered to upgrade my stay.

A nice way to end my weekend. A safe box, a mini bar, and a work desk available in the cosy twin room. Terrific service, very competent staff during stay. Cosy ambience. Fantastic and good location, within walking distance of everywhere. Based just next door to the cafe, the Spa center and Switzerland;))

From skeptic to superfan
The fine views from our room and the unique watch-entry system for pool access. The thermal baths were an very nice experience, especially the heated lazy river.
Though the hotel boasts many amenities, the high food prices felt excessive for what was offered. Some amenities had extra fees that were unexpected, detracting from the experience.

The Hotel was fine. I am not sure it has the quality inclusions or presentation to claim 4 star, but it was comfortable
The restauarnt was a huge disappointment for presumably a 4 star. Menu selection and food quality was no better than a take away cafe. We found close by restauarnts with certainly higher/much better quality, selection and ambience.I Would stay again but not to eat
